القلاية الهوائية من أكثر الأجهزة انتشارا في المطابخ، لأنها تطبخ بالهواء الساخن وتحتاج زيتا أقل بكثير من القلي التقليدي. لكن اختيار حجم غير مناسب أو استخدامها بطريقة خاطئة يجعل النتيجة مخيبة.The air fryer is one of the most popular kitchen appliances because it cooks with hot air and needs far less oil than deep frying. But the wrong size or wrong use gives disappointing results.
أي سعة تناسبك؟Which capacity suits you?
- 2 إلى 3 لترات: لشخص أو شخصين.2–3 liters: for one or two people.
- 4 إلى 5 لترات: لعائلة صغيرة من 3 إلى 4 أفراد.4–5 liters: for a small family of 3–4.
- 6 لترات فأكثر أو بسلتين: للعائلات الكبيرة أو لطبخ صنفين معا.6 liters or more, or dual basket: for large families or cooking two dishes at once.

القلاية بالسلة أسرع وأسهل في التنظيف وتناسب البطاطس والدجاج. أما نوع الفرن بالرفوف فيسمح بطبخ طبقات متعددة ورؤية الطعام عبر الزجاج، لكنه يأخذ مساحة أكبر على السطح.Basket air fryers are faster, easier to clean and suit fries and chicken. Oven-style models with racks allow cooking on several levels and watching food through glass, but take more counter space.
نصائح لطبخ أفضلTips for better cooking
- لا تملأ السلة أكثر من اللازم، فالهواء يحتاج مساحة ليدور.Do not overfill the basket; the air needs room to circulate.
- حرّك الطعام أو اقلبه في منتصف الوقت.Shake or flip the food halfway through.
- استخدم كمية قليلة من الزيت بالفرشاة أو البخاخ اليدوي.Use a little oil with a brush or a refillable mister.
- اترك مسافة خلف الجهاز وحوله للتهوية.Leave space behind and around the appliance for ventilation.
التنظيف والعنايةCleaning and care
نظف السلة بعد كل استخدام بإسفنجة ناعمة حتى لا تخدش الطبقة غير اللاصقة، وتجنب الأدوات المعدنية الحادة. وافصل الجهاز واتركه يبرد قبل التنظيف.Clean the basket after each use with a soft sponge so you do not scratch the non-stick coating, and avoid sharp metal tools. Unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning.
